All houses have Burglar alarms and the Fire alarm systems are tested regularly. 

Positioned just off the City high street offering quick access to many pubs, clubs, shops, stores and many food outlets. Close to a stunning Victorian Park, River and the Guild wheel.  Dockland Marina which features a Morrisons, KFC, McDonalds, cinema complex and much more are close by.
